Ośrodek "Jesteśmy razem"

W marcu Stowarzyszenie Dzieciom Będzina otrzymało w użyczenie, na mocy zarządzenia Prezydenta Miasta Będzina, lokal na prowadzenie działalności statutowej.

Przy ul. Modrzejowskiej 89 tworzyliśmy ośrodek SDB “Jesteśmy razem”. To było 86,9 metrów kwadratowych powierzchni. Spełniło się marzenie o miejscu dla dzieci, które, na co dzień chcą i potrzebują kontaktu z życzliwymi ludźmi. Z pedagogami, artystami, ludźmi gotowymi darować innym trochę swego czasu. I serca.

Cieszyliśmy się, że nareszcie będzie można skupić wszystkie działania w jednym miejscu, że zajęcia edukacyjne, kursy językowe, warsztaty i zajęcia artystyczne, Saloniki Literackie nie będą już rozrzucone w wielu miejscach. Otwierały się nowe możliwości działania! Chcieliśmy, aby z naszego ośrodka emanowała nadzieja i ciepło rodzinnej atmosfery.

Tworzyliśmy ten ośrodek z wielkim zaangażowaniem społecznym członków stowarzyszenia, rodziców “naszych” dzieci, sponsorów i przyjaciół. Budowaliśmy. Wznosiliśmy. Po prostu już “byliśmy razem”.

Wykonaliśmy wielką pracę, przekroczyliśmy wiele barier organizacyjnych i finansowych, aby od września powitać młodych ludzi. Lista darczyńców ośrodka “Jesteśmy razem” znalazła w nim na stałe swoje miejsce. I zapewne w sercach tych, dla których on powstał – Dzieci Będzina.
